How to get there.......

By Road.

Drive out of the airport on the main road signposted Malaga/Fuengirola onto the N340 towards Cadiz. Keep in the right hand lane. Turn onto the Benalmadena/Algeciras road (still the N340 ) to Fuengirola. Turn off on the road signposted Los Boliches and turn left at the roundabout and go over the bridge. Drive right down to the bottom of this road to a roundabout, where you will see the railway on stilts facing you, and turn right. Carry straight on with the railway on your left hand side until you reach the roundabout with a fountain with horses where you turn right. Carry on up this road until you come to a left hand bend in the road....do not turn left at this bend....turn right on the bend and carry straight on to the roundabout, straight on at this roundabout and turn first left after it ( only a very short distance). La Paloma is the large building on your left (opposite the supermarket). The entrance to the building is via the pool gate. Portal five is the fifth door from the left. Take the lift to the fifth floor to the apartment. There are no steps, just ramps, and the building is wheelchair friendly.

By Rail

There is a railway station across the bridge from the airport with trains direct to Fuengirola centre every half hour. The cost is one Euro 60. There is then a taxi rank in Fuengirola opposite the station.

By Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the airport. The cost is approx 28/30 Euros.

By Bus

Fuengirola can be reached by bus from the airport but the service is via Malaga and not very quick.
