This apartment, which is privately owned and on the fifth floor of a mainly residential apartment building, was only completed in 2002 and comprises of the following.....

Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes ( one with en-suite bathroom ), a large and comfortable lounge/dining room, a further house bathroom with shower, a fully fitted kitchen with an automatic washing machine, a full oven, a microwave oven, a large fridge freezer and a breakfast table, a south facing balcony with a table and chairs, an abundance of crockery, towels and bedding. There are televisions in the lounge and main bedroom which are equipped with cable TV with English channels and Sky Sports. There is a video player and DVD player with a selection of DVD's and also a CD/radio with a selection of CD's.

The apartment is to let for a maximum of 4 persons only except by prior arrangement with the agent.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Fuengirola some 10 minutes walk from the beach. The owners have taken great care to ensure that all the facilities which could be expected are available to visitors (even buckets and spades for the kids!)

There is a large swimming pool which is open from the 18th June to 18th September. This is because it is not heated.

There is a car parking space in the under ground, secure car park for the use of visitors. Should you wish to use this space, please ask for further details.

There is an excellent supermarket just across the road and a telephone/internet cafe in the same building.There are several bars and restaurants in the area.
